Kritika founded Looppanel because she faced a frustrating reality in her previous role at data startup Atlan: customer research was more about managing data than uncovering insights. Instead of focusing on the customers, she had to spend hours on manual tasks. Her co-founder, Akash, an established AI/ ML expert, shared these frustrations. As the company grew, feedback became fragmented, making insights hard to access and opening the door for guesswork.
Together, they saw an opportunity to reimagine the research process using AI. They launched in Looppanel in 2021 by building an AI-enabled platform that eliminates research bottlenecks, allowing companies to quickly analyze customer feedback and create a unified understanding of customer needs.
We believe that AI should handle the research grunt work, freeing researchers to spot patterns and turn customer voices into context for decisions. No researcher should have to choose between working quickly or working deeply because customer feedback should be easy to collect, analyze, and share so everyone can make informed decisions.
